When Service Boss is hired to clean your home we start off with an initial deep cleaning followed by recurring maintenance. Whether you need daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly cleaning we can accommodate your every needs.

Bathroom Maid Service

1. Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed and underneath
2. Tub and/or shower floor and wall thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
3. Shower heads, shower door glass and tracks cleaned
4. Toilets disinfected inside and out, including corners, base and behind
5. Chrome fixtures and faucets cleaned and shined
6. Vanity top and mirrors cleaned
7. Top and inside of medicine cabinet cleaned
8. Sanitize soap dish and toothbrush holder
9. Ceiling fixtures dusted and wiped down (insects removed from inside of fixtures)
10. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
11. Window sills and windows (inside & out) cleaned
12. Blinds and/ or drapes cleaned
13. Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
14. Sweep/mop or vacuum floor -whichever is appropriate
15. Hardwood or tile floors damp mopped and/or high glossed

Kitchen Maid Service

1. Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed and underneath
2. Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
3. Countertops and backsplash cleaned
4. Baseboards dusted or wiped
5. Inside & Outside of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned
6. Dishes washed if dishwasher is not available
7. Wash or dust table and chairs
8. Cabinet fronts and inside washed
9. Windows (inside & out) cleaned
10. Window sills cleaned
11. Blinds and/ or drapes cleaned
12. Ceiling fixtures dusted and wiped down (insects removed from inside of fixtures)
13. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
14. Small appliances wiped
15. Sweep/mop or vacuum floor -whichever is appropriate
16. Hardwood or tile floors damp mopped and/or high glossed

Bedroom Maid Service

1. Ceiling fixtures dusted and wiped down (insects removed from inside of fixtures)
2. Walls dusted and wiped down
3. Picture frames dusted
4. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
5. All areas dusted – on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced – more time may be required if there are lots of knick- knacks)
6. Clean inside vents
7. Mirrors cleaned
8. Windows (inside & out) cleaned
9. Window sills cleaned
10. Blinds and/ or drapes cleaned
11. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
12. Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
13. Beds made
14. Linens changed (if left out)
15. Straightening completed
16. Sweep/mop or vacuum floor -whichever is appropriate
17. Hardwood or tile floors damp mopped and/or high glossed

Living Room, Dining Room, Hallways & Foyers Maid Service

1. Ceiling fixtures, fans, chandelier, etc. dusted and wiped down (insects removed from inside of fixtures)
2. Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
3. Walls dusted and wiped down
4. Picture frames dusted
5. All areas dusted – on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced – more time may be required if there are lots of knick- knacks)
6. Clean inside vents
7. Mirrors cleaned
8. Windows (inside & out) cleaned
9. Window sills cleaned
10. Blinds and/ or drapes cleaned
